Synopsis
How to Train Your Dragon (2010)
How to Train Your Dragon (Ukrainian: Як приборкати дракона) is a 2010 American animated fantasy film produced by DreamWorks Animation. Directed and written by Chris Sanders and Dean DeBlois, it is based on the book of the same name by Cressida Cowell.
Plot
The story takes place on the island of Berk, where Vikings have been fighting dragons for centuries. The main character is a boy named Hiccup, the son of chief Stoick, who does not fit into the harsh lifestyle of his tribe. During one of the attacks, he wounds a rare Night Fury dragon but cannot bring himself to kill it. Instead, Hiccup finds the dragon, names him Toothless, and a friendship develops between them. The boy learns that dragons are not as dangerous as Vikings believe and tries to change his tribe's attitude toward them.
