Overview

"Avengers: Doomsday" (English: Avengers: Doomsday) is an upcoming American superhero film based on Marvel Comics about the Avengers team. It is a sequel to "Avengers: Endgame" (2019) and the 39th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The directors are the Russo brothers, and the screenplay was written by Stephen McFeely. The film is produced by Marvel Studios and AGBO, and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. The premiere is scheduled for December 18, 2026 in the United States.

Plot

In the film, the Avengers, Wakandans, New Avengers, Fantastic Four, and X-Men from different universes unite to confront Doctor Doom (Robert Downey Jr.). The plot revolves around a multiversal threat that puts the heroes on a deadly collision course.
