Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004)

Resident Evil: Apocalypse is a 2004 American science fiction action horror film directed by Alexander Witt and written by Paul W. S. Anderson. The film is a direct sequel to Resident Evil (2002) and the second installment in the film series based on the video game series of the same name by Capcom.

Plot

After the events of the first film, Alice awakens in an abandoned hospital in Raccoon City, which has become a disaster zone due to a T-virus leak. The city is overrun with zombies, and the Umbrella Corporation has sealed all exits. Alice teams up with a group of survivors, including former special forces operative Carlos Oliveira and police officer Jill Valentine, to find a scientist's daughter who may hold the key to salvation. Meanwhile, Umbrella unleashes a deadly bioweapon — Nemesis, programmed to eliminate all witnesses. The heroes must escape the city before the government drops a nuclear bomb to wipe Raccoon City off the map.
