Околиця (also known as Okolytsia) is a Ukrainian indie music project fronted by singer-songwriter and producer Anastasia Zahoruiko (Настя Загоруйко). Based in Kyiv, the artist blends indie rock, alternative pop, and trip-hop, creating a distinctive sound characterized by heartfelt lyrics and atmospheric production.

Biography & Career

Anastasia Zahoruiko launched Околиця as a solo project, quickly gaining attention on the Ukrainian indie scene. Her music often explores themes of love, identity, and personal reflection, with lyrics in Ukrainian. She has released several singles and music videos, including collaborations with other artists such as melancholydi (Diana Ohaniesyan).

In December 2024, Околиця performed her first solo concert with a live band at Mezzanine in Kyiv, featuring hits like "Осокорки" and "Лимонні вафлі". The event marked a significant milestone in her career.
